Day 3 – The Key to LASTING LONGER - THE PC MUSCLE
PART 1 – Share – Some men are going to be able last long naturally, others not. One thing we need to kill here is the SHAME around coming quickly. You are genetically wired to come quickly. That’s a sign of reproductive success. So… don’t feel bad about it, and instead share openly about it.
PART 2 – PC Muscle Exercise – Squeeze your PC muscle (the one you use to stop a stream of pee) 20 times, once per second,3 times a day. Create a spreadsheet or a note somewhere to keep track of it. You can report your daily results in the group. As time goes by, you can up the count, and start holding the squeeze for 5 to 7 seconds at a time.
