⚒️ Day 1 – The Forge of Resistance
Man buns and yoga poses. Meditation and sharing sticks.
But beyond the poetry, men—real men—have gathered around the fire for millennia.
And no, ladies need not apply. This is the sacred space of freedom, fraternity, crude humor, and unguarded truth.
When you enter the crucible with other men—compassionate, crusty, unpolished—you move from theory to practice. You stake your claim and discover for yourself: Why am I here?
The first lesson lands hard:
"The worst thing we can do is try to find someone who can break down our resistances for us."
The man alone at the anvil isn't lonely—he's responsible.
This is the initiation: Dependence → Independence.
He stops outsourcing his growth and learns to face resistance as a sacred teacher.
Men's work begins the moment you stop looking for rescue.
Tomorrow: The enemy within—why resistance isn't trying to stop you, it's trying to test you. Your resistance is not a flaw. It's a forge.
