Feeling Good

Feelin’ good

Fourth assignment!

What do you want? Don’t make it too complicated. A one sentence ‘want’. Something that creates a sense of happiness and wellbeing inside.

Once you have identified it in your mind, identify it in your body. What does it feel like? If it doesn’t FEEL good……start over. Re-align. Perhaps drum up the same want but form a different, cleaner angle. Or pick something else. The key is feeling GOOD.

I want to have a powerful work-out

I want to see my partner smile

I want to snuggle with my kids

I want to take my dog for a walk

I want a Ford Mustang

I want more money

I want an unexpected windfall

I want my ‘insert body part (knee, back, elbow, etc.)’ to feel good

I want to be delighted

I want a full heart

I want to hear my child laugh

I want to laugh

Now that you have your want and the feeling associated with your want, set a timer for 17 seconds. Close your eyes and feel the want. Align to the absolute best feelings that the want brings. Hold onto that feeling until the timer goes off.

That’s it!
