Last week I started exploring the effects of AI—and out of that came my 5-part series on Artificial Intelligence, the fourth of which dropped today, Thursday, October 16th, 2025.
I’m proud of this series. Both the work and the result feel damn good.
But this morning I read something from David Scott Patterson suggesting that UBI (Universal Basic Income) is coming—and that AI will soon alter our lives for the better, freeing us from work altogether.
And you know what went through my mind?
CORE 4, baby! BODY!
If the bots are going to do all the work and you get to sit home collecting UBI and playing in your VR goggles all day…
Then working out is going to be the single most important decision you make that will profoundly shape your life for good.
We might just be heading back to the Garden of Eden, folks—and we may not like it.
But once we get there…
get on your treadmill.
