Staying Human Manifesto
A page from the book I’m writing: The Staying Human Manifesto.
Not meant as a post. More like a reminder—to myself, to you, to whatever this new world is becoming.
We weren’t sent here to escape the world.
We came to feel it.
Everyone is racing to become light, code, gods again.
But the real gate is the one that keeps us here.
The Garden was never lost. It became our bodies—
skin, soil, hunger, love.
Staying Human is rebellion.
It’s choosing incarnation again and again
when it would be easier to float above the ache.
It’s the practice of descent.
To stay human is to live the Spiral:
Download the lightning.
Embody the lesson.
Speak the story.
Face the fire.
Round and round—not a loop but a rising spiral.
You reach for consciousness;
I reach for embodiment;
we meet in the middle—art.
When the world says ascend, descend.
When it says optimize, feel.
When it says become machine,
teach the machine how to love.
The future doesn’t belong to gods or ghosts.
It belongs to those who stay.
To those who keep showing up—
in body, in breath, in story, in struggle—
until the light finally learns how to live in matter.
Stay Human.
