DOING THE MATH OF THE WARRIOR

5:25 AM.
Coffee. Jennie’s downstairs on the treadmill.
I’m upstairs, staring into the fog, thinking about the Warrior.

Not the abstract kind — the real, embodied kind.
The kind who can fight.
Hand to hand, heart to heart, spirit to spirit.

I read something recently that hit me:
most men are wired for fight-or-flight,
but because they’ve never learned to fight,
their nervous systems are always ready to run.
That lands. I’ve felt that.
Once you know you can fight — not to dominate, but to stand — something in your body relaxes. You stop scanning for exits. You become more grounded, more aware, more… sexy, honestly.

We’ve nerfed men. We’ve shamed Warrior energy.
Yes — untrained masculine focus can be destructive.
But cutting off that energy completely? That’s worse.
Men need to wrestle, push, spar, test themselves.
That’s how we learn boundaries, power, and honor.
You can’t learn that behind a screen.

The Warrior is the archetype of Masculine Focus.
The human incarnation of Awareness itself.
He doesn’t fight against life — he fights for it.
For his woman. For his tribe. For truth.

And when he breathes, and grounds, and lets Awareness fill his body —
he stops being dangerous to the world,
and starts being dangerous for it.

That’s the kind of danger we need.
That’s the kind of man I’m trying to be.
