I spent years fighting to feel even a little okay
in a situation that wasn’t okay.
Now I’m learning how to fully feel okay…
in a life that actually is.
And here’s the strange part—
This is harder than it sounds.
Because part of me is still scanning…
still bracing…
still remembering.
Like it might all disappear
if I relax too much.
But right now—
Nothing is wrong.
Nothing is collapsing.
Nothing is being taken.
This moment is good.
And I’m learning
how to let it be.
