You Are Where You Are At

Journal Entry — August 18th, 2026

I calibrate most mornings, aiming up, with a series of practices, breaths, and journal entries. It’s a good time to get square. To settle into my incarnation.

One of the key elements that has improved my alignment practice is learning to start each morning from where I’m actually at.

Living by the code:

Stop fucking lying.

How do I feel in my body, spirit, heart, and mind?

How do I feel about my relationships? My finances? My work? My life?

We don’t run from these things. We don’t immediately try to change them. We start with where we are.

What are the facts?

And how do I feel about those facts?

No judgment. No worry. No story about where I should be.

This is where I am.

THEN we change our focus.

Then we aim up.

Because you can’t really calibrate until you know what you’re calibrating from.

We are where we are.

And from there, we begin to move. We calibrate up. We aim up.

And we begin the journey of satisfaction.
