Just finished rewatching the entire Harry Potter series with Jennie.
Still magical. Still powerful.
And yeah… apparently still controversial?
In a time when nuance is outlawed and mobs try to dictate what you’re allowed to enjoy, I’ve chosen a different path.
I choose to celebrate stories that shape the soul.
I honor authors who actually finish what they start—with courage, conviction, and clarity.
And I refuse to join the noise of public shaming, witch-hunts, and ideological purity tests masquerading as virtue.
Do I agree with every word J.K. Rowling has ever said?
Of course not. She’s a human being, not a deity.
But here’s the thing—disagreement isn’t hate.
And thinking for yourself doesn’t make you a villain.
This is where we are now:
If you say “I enjoyed Harry Potter,”
Someone will try to make that a statement of oppression.
Nope. Not playing that game.
The books meant something to me. The movies meant something to me.
They shaped a generation. They shaped my kids.
And watching them again with my wife this week reminded me why I fell in love with storytelling in the first place.
So yeah… I’ll keep the conversation sacred—not savage.
And I’ll keep choosing magic, in a world that keeps trying to cancel it.
SAYING NO
Drawing a Line
Years ago, Jennie and I hit a wall in our relationship.
Actually, it was more like an avalanche. A collapsed bridge.
We kept trying.
Kept bashing our heads against the wall like a broken Roomba.
Then one day, in the middle of the pain, I crossed a line.
Nope. Not doing this anymore.
I had asked my mother for advice. She said,
“This is just the way it is. Your relationship is broken. It’ll never get better. Eventually, you’ll just accept that.”
And something in me just said NO.
Nope. Not accepting that.
I trusted myself.
Two things were absolutely true:
Something is NOT right here.
And... MORE is possible.
I went to Jennie and said, solemnly:
“Something isn’t working. We need to fix it. Or else.”
And she said:
“Yes. We need to fix this.”
That moment changed everything.
We crossed a line.
No plan. No perfect roadmap. But a decision.
We just said no. Not anymore.
We had no idea what to do next—but we were DONE tolerating.
And that was enough. That was the catalyst.
And now?
When people talk to me about Shades of Intimacy—and they’re worried about the cost, or their schedule, or what the weekend might be like...
From where I stand? That’s all noise.
What matters is this:
Are you clear your relationship must change?
If the answer is YES, then nothing else matters.
That clarity?
That’s the line in the sand.
Every time in my life I’ve drawn that line—said NO MORE—
That’s when it all began to change.
Sacred fire is burning in your NO.
Let’s go.

Calibration
✨ CALIBRATION: Becoming a Match for What You Asked For
“You’ve got to be ready for what you put into the Vortex (what you asked for) before what you put into the Vortex can manifest in your experience.”
—Abraham Hicks
This weekend I got paid $3,800 to guide five incredible humans through the Heber Meditation Retreat. That’s not just money—that’s value. That’s alignment. That’s joy, connection, contribution, and deep fulfillment.
It didn’t come from a grind.
Yes, there was work. We busted our asses getting the space ready.
But the actual experience?
Magical. Smooth. Potent. Profound.
That’s how abundance showed up.
And I liked how it came.
That tells me something simple: I’ve begun to vibrationally align with what I’ve been asking for.
________________________________________
We’ve all been asking.
Me. Jennie. Melanie. Aubree. Eli.
We’ve put a LOT into the Vortex.
At some level, we’ve asked for:
• Tribe
• Family
• Real connection
• Open-hearted growth
• Depth
• Magic
• Abundance
Not just in theory. In actual vibrational essence.
And this weekend, it showed up.
I watched Jade and Amethyst drop everything to come sit on the porch with Aubree and Eli. I watched Megan’s intensity and laughter as she played games around the family kitchen table with Aubree and Eli. I felt the sacred click of people who just fit. People who have the flavor of our Tribe—deep, kind, real, spiritual, a little wild. You know what I’m talking about.
This isn’t an accident.
This is conscious co-creation.
1. We asked.
2. The Universe assembled it in the Vortex.
3. We became a vibrational match to it.
4. It manifested.
Melanie manifested us.
We manifested her.
And we’re all still doing it.
________________________________________
But here’s where it gets wild:
“You can’t keep asking for it from a place of knowing what you don’t want.”
Contrast is what fires up desire.
It’s the sour that makes you crave sweet.
You don’t just walk into a candy store and casually try some things. That’s weak desire.
But if you’ve gone without sweets for a long time, and life has been bitter… then that candy hits different.
The desire has texture.
It has urgency.
Contrast lights the fuse.
But after the fuse is lit…?
You’ve got to shift your vibration to match the thing you asked for.
That’s the work.
That’s the calibration.
________________________________________
So yeah—this weekend was Surprise and Delight.
It was Better Than Expected.
Which means we’ve become a match for Surprise and Delight.
And the next level?
Deliberate creation.
Getting specific. Participating.
Becoming co-architects of what shows up.
That’s where we are now.
We’ve been asking for fun.
We’ve been asking for satisfaction.
And it’s showing up.
So what’s next?
🔥 Clarity
🔥 Participation
🔥 Gratitude
🔥 Calibration
We’re not just experiencing magic.
We’re learning to tune ourselves to the frequency of what we asked for.
On purpose.
This fire has been lit.
Let’s f***ing go.

The summer isn't over yet...
The summer isn’t over yet…
But our break from Heber Meditation Retreats ends now.
And I’m so damn excited to be back in the studio.
Five powerful souls arrived last night from around the world—completing their journey to the Shaman.
They come for Clarity. Healing. Adventure. Connection.
And honestly? I always marvel at how many people say they want to grow... but never show up.
They tell me:
I’m lost.
I know what I want, but not how to get there.
I’m stuck.
I’m hurting.
I’m ready for the next step.
It’s time.
But only some actually do the thing.
Only some invest the time, the money, the trust, the courage.
Only some say:
“Yes. I’ll go to the mountains of Heber. I’ll sit in the studio with Jason, Jennie, and Melanie. I’ll close my eyes, let go of the noise, and enter the emptiness only true meditation can offer.”
And in that empty space—when it all dissolves—you find it.
Yourself.
Your real self.
The one that always knows what to do next.
This isn’t about advice.
Or answers.
It’s about tuning into the one place that never lies: your inner being.
That’s what brought them here.
And I have to tell you… this is it.
This is what I love the most.
Last week I told you stories from the Bass Canyon Campout—a tribal experience born from the fire of this very work.
And now, I get to do it again.
Today.
With five humans who said, “I’m ready.”
This isn’t just what I do.
It’s how I serve.
And it calls me to deeper excellence every time I step into the circle.
People say I’ve changed them.
I haven’t.
I’ve just helped them remember who they are.
That’s it.
But simple doesn’t mean easy.
This work is a discipline. A devotion. A craft.
Like the best concert violinist in the world—it’s decades of practice channeled into a single moment that makes people weep.
That’s how I see this path.
And I just wanted to share it with you.
Today… I get to sit in sacred space with five brave souls.
And that humbles me.
It fills me with gratitude that runs deep in my bones.
Because watching people grow?
Still the most exciting thing in the world.
Okay—I’m off to work.
—Jason
P.S. Pictured here is a glimpse of the altar Jennie builds for every meditation. That candle? It will burn for the entire session today.
Remember that post I wrote about masculine focus?
It all starts by staring into the flame.
Every Rose Has It's Thorn... and Leaf
Every Rose Has Its Thorn… and Leaf
I’m wrapping up this scrapbook week of Bass Canyon Campout posts with how it all ended.
And it ended—like all sacred journeys should—in a circle.
Sunday afternoon, the final crew gathered. About a quarter of the tribe had already packed up and peeled off. But the rest of us were still lingering, taking our time, slowly breaking down camp while soaking up the last bit of soulshine.
Trucks pulled away. Goodbyes were said.
But those of us who remained circled up for one of the most powerful practices I’ve ever known.
Rose. Thorn. Leaf.
One by one, we went around and shared:
Our Rose—the high point, the most beautiful moment.
Our Thorn—the hardest part, the struggle.
Our Leaf—what we’ll take forward and grow with.
The real magic wasn’t just in the sharing.
It was in the listening.
You get to hear what truly lit people up. Some of it surprised me. Deep, unexpected joy.
Then came the thorns—people naming their challenges, their emotional edges. Again… I had no idea some were carrying those things.
And finally—the leaf. The direction they’re going now. What they’re taking from the weekend to live more open. More deep. More whole.
I’ve done this practice for over a decade in my work. But that Sunday circle hit different. Something about that campout. That fire. Those people.
Maybe it was the fatigue. Maybe it was the rawness.
But the vulnerability was next-level.
And it bound us together in a way that felt more like family than I’ve ever felt.
My Rose?
There were many. But one of the biggest was Wednesday night. Sitting by the fire at 2AM. Peaceful.
I had built something… and they were coming.
I could feel it.
That rare, sacred moment of satiety. You did it. It’s working. It’s real.
My Thorn?
Losing my temper after a horrible performance in my last game of cornhole. It triggered an old story. Still work to do there.
My Leaf?
To enter these events with more grace.
Less stress in the lead-up.
More joy throughout.
And now—one week later (Today is Friday, exactly a week from Sacred Theater Night)—I’m holding one more Rose:
Gratitude.
Who gets to do these things?
As I hear from people this week, I can feel it in them. The tribe is okay. We’re tired, yes. Emotional tides rolled through some of us. But we’re landing.
We’re integrating.
We’re taking the peak moments of our lives—and using them to live deeper, more open, more true to the wild light of our hearts.
Yeah… gratitude.
Through and through.
A sacred fire has been lit in me.
—Jason
Sacred Theater
Last Friday, July 25th, at 8:30PM, our Tribe gathered for one of our most powerful traditions:
Sacred Theater.
After some playful warm-ups, each of us stepped into the circle to offer a 2-minute sacred performance of our choosing.
It’s mandatory.
It’s vulnerable.
And it’s one of the safest, most joyful spaces you’ll ever stand in.
This year, I went first—to lead the way.
Recently, I got some tough but loving feedback from a men’s group I’m in:
“You apologize too much.”
At the root of that habit was a deep fear that my love, my fire, my gifts… might hurt people. Might drive them away.
It mirrored a lesson I was given five years ago from a Shaman:
Stop apologizing for love.
So I knew my Sacred Theater had to center on this very edge—the place I most need to grow.
But I didn’t know how to express it.
So I did what I do.
I took a walk. With the wise, wild, wonderful Jennie.
She asked me one question that cracked it wide open:
“How do you think people feel… when you apologize for loving them?”
Boom.
That was it.
So I stood in the circle. I explained my intention.
Then I turned to each person and said:
“I’m sorry for loving you.”
And each person responded—just a sentence or two—describing how it felt.
And what I learned?
It hurt them.
My emotional system thought I was protecting people by dimming my light, by softening the edges of my love.
But that withdrawal? That hiding?
It was hurting people. Over and over again.
What a revelation.
What a sacred moment of growth, held by a Tribe that doesn’t flinch, doesn’t shame, doesn’t run.
This… is why we do Sacred Theater.
To stand raw and real.
To grow in front of each other.
To shine. Even trembling.
Where are you still apologizing for being you?
Let’s light the sacred fire today.
Let’s go.
—Jason
Jelly Fish
The Jelly Fish
Wednesday night, Jennie and I arrive at the Bass Canyon Campout. It’s quiet. Sacred. Still forming.
Most of the tribe will show up Thursday, but already the land is whispering.
Then a truck rolls in. Trailer behind it.
It’s my friend Jim.
Master camper. Burner. Artist. Storyteller.
And on his trailer?
The Jelly Fish.
He’s told me about this piece for years. I’ve seen the photos. Heard the legends.
He built it for Burning Man—his own glowing temple of light and wonder.
Last week he asked if he could bring it to Bass Canyon.
I said yes without hesitation.
So on this first night, while my back was sore from a day of heavy setup, Jim—with help from Jennie—unloaded the beast with grace and precision.
And when it lit up?
Man… it hummed.
This isn’t just a jellyfish sculpture. It’s alive. It holds the energy of the Playa. Of nights under desert skies. Of strangers turned soul family.
It radiates Peace. Wonder. Awe.
For four nights, the Jelly Fish came alive at dusk. Her lights pulsing like a heart. Her tentacles swaying with secrets.
She turned off the noise in my head. The polite programming. The stale stories.
She reprogrammed my soul.
Thank you Jim—for building it, for bringing it, and for being who you are.
This tribe is better because of you.
The Jelly Fish will always be part of this sacred story.
Talk about lighting a sacred fire!
Let’s go.
— Jason
Camp Cats
At last week’s Bass Canyon Campout, Noah and Natalie brought…
Camp Cats.
Ming and Bean.
One of these pictures shows me holding Ming—who was the most adventurous of the two.
She wandered from one end of camp to the other, day and night, navigating dogs, music, fire, and humans with ease.
But…
She always came back to her trailer.
To her people.
In a swirl of masculine containment, we obviously filled the space with our own human feminine expression—music, dancing, storytelling.
But inside that swirl was something quieter.
The soft, steady presence of animals—cats and dogs—who felt safe enough to roam free.
There was something about her trust that moved me.
Her wildness.
Her return.
Maybe it’s because I’ve always loved cats.
Or maybe it’s because I saw something in that moment I want to be:
A man who protects what he loves.
A man who is a place to come home to.
Home. It's not necessarily a place, as much as it's an energy of safety and love.
Damn that cat got me. I miss her already.
Bass Canyon Campout
Four years ago, my daughter Amethyst and I organized a trek to The Gorge for our tribe (nine of us came—though we adopted two along the way) to see Excision at Bass Canyon, a three-day camping EDM festival.
We did it again three years ago, this time bringing 21 people.
Last year, alas, we couldn’t go—so I decided to create a substitute: Bass Canyon Campout, much closer to home in Wallsburg, Utah.
It was such a hit, we brought it back this year. (Bass Canyon Campout #2!)
And as usual… it took a lot of work to put together—stress, logistics, and masculine focus, direction, and presence... not to mention feminine sensation, energy, and radiance.
I admit, I was stressed going into this one.
But then… we arrived.
Wednesday night, cooler than expected, and we gathered around the fire. I sat staring into the flame, and a deep sense of satisfaction filled me.
I had done it.
I had a vision. I worked that vision—planned it out, shaped it over months, navigated setbacks and unexpected storms—and arrived here, at the fire.
I built it.
And they came.
One by one, tribe members arrived Wednesday night, setting up their camps… and ultimately joining me by the fire. We had 2 camp cats, a number of dogs, a shift pod and a jelly fish.
That’s true satisfaction.
They came.
And sat with me around my fire.
Thursday… more tribe came.
Friday… even more.
All leading to the summit of the event—Friday Night Sacred Theater—where 37 people gathered around the fire and took turns sharing sacred moments of growth, challenge, and joy.
I got to see into their hearts… as they artfully expressed their individuality.
Then Saturday: kids everywhere (a four-year-old even ran me over with a motorcycle!). Cornhole, 9 Square, the music, the vibe, the people… full camp life.
And then the arc completes.
Sunday afternoon. We sit in circle—exhausted—and share our Roses, our Thorns, and our Leaves. A sacred closing ceremony, where each of us gets to be seen in our highs and lows, with a vision for what’s to come.
All the work I put into this… was WORTH IT.
I relaxed.
I opened up.
I surrendered to the essence of my desires.
And I was delivered a continual stream of joyous surprises and delights—miracle after miracle—all of them better than expected.
Soak it in.
Soak in your victories.
And feel into that potent and profound question on the adventure of our lives:
What’s next?
Let’s go.

Feminine Radiance and Yearning
Good Saturday Morning! Hope you all are well! I wanted to continue my exploration of Polarity this week.
She is the universe.
She is the reason we are aware.
She is the light.
And she is always yearning for more.
More connection.
More love.
More presence.
More God.
It’s feminine yearning that makes us move,
And it’s feminine radiance that makes it worth it.
This is not philosophy. This is not metaphor.
It’s truth.
It’s why men build cathedrals and empires.
Why they cross oceans.
Why they stand up—again and again—when they’ve been beaten to their knees.
The radiant feminine is the invitation. The sunset. The storm. The woman laughing with her whole body while she nurses a baby or dances under lightning.
And ladies—you can embody this.
It’s not a thought.
It’s deeper than feeling.
Beyond energy.
It is the root of existence itself.
It’s the gift you give when you open your heart fully,
When your yearning becomes a sacred call—not to manipulate, but to magnetize.
Come.
Rise.
Be a King.
Be Present.
This is why you live.
Masculine Presence (as we explored yesterday) is not about hiding in a cave.
It’s about rising to meet the entire universe—and being strong enough to hold it.
Ladies, this light? This radiant love?
It’s what makes everything worth it.
Not because it’s easy, but because it’s true.
When you express from your full feminine spectrum—rage to grace, sex to sorrow, seductress to saint—you bathe the world in the sacred.
That’s what you were born for.
This isn’t just poetics. It’s embodied truth. Learnable. Teachable. Real.
Because you are the Witness.
And you are the Light.
When you tease them apart, and let them DANCE…
When Masculine Presence meets Feminine Radiance…
That’s where love is born.
That’s where art is born.
That’s what keeps us alive.
Let it pour through your unique human heart.
Let it become your offering.
Let’s light this sacred fire.
—Jason
P.S. When it comes to feminine embodiment, Jennie is the true artist here. She doesn’t just teach this—she lives it. She feels everything. She moves it all. Her sacred yearning could pull planets into orbit. Her radiance nourishes the cosmos. If you ever want to learn how to access the full power of your feminine, start with her.
Masculine Presence
“Further.” — Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters
So step back again.
Further.
Further.
Feel the room.
Feel the earth.
Feel the solar system.
Feel the galaxy.
Feel the UNIVERSE.
Feel.
Be it ALL.
Awareness becomes so big—because awareness is all there really is. It’s the sole truth.
We can argue about the contents of awareness—those are subjective.
But awareness itself?
Undeniable.
It’s the big one.
“Cognosco, ergo sum.”
(I am aware, therefore I am.)
It’s not just being aware of everything…
It’s being aware of awareness.
It’s a distinct and identifiable state.
And when you drop into it—
Your body shifts.
You sit upright.
Your breath deepens.
Your chest opens.
You become the Great Eye in the Sky.
You are the Beholder.
It’s not a person. Not a thing.
It’s a state of truth more real than anything else.
But if you stop there—
You’re a monk in a cave, staring at a wall for 80 years, achieving Nirvana.
Cool. (I guess...)
But we’re not here for that. (Are we?)
Remember what I said about Rick Rubin earlier this week?
You gain space on your cushion…
So you have more space in real life.
Space to hold the feminine storm of CHANGE.
That’s the game.
Awareness so vast it holds everything.
Then you step forward—as a man—
With direction, decision, choice, focus, and the discipline to stay with it.
You don’t run from the feminine.
You penetrate it.
With presence.
With love.
With unwavering eyes.
But that presence has to be run through your heart.
That… is… the secret.
It’s a lot of work.
But this is what you were born to do.
Not to chase enlightenment in some dusty cave.
You’ll get that when you die.
You were born to fuck the world open with your love.
With your presence, direction, and focus.
Want a better marriage?
Better health?
More money?
More meaning?
Certainty?
Purpose?
This is the way.
Not a religion.
A yoga.
A union with what is.
And what is?
Someone experiences something.
That someone is the masculine.
That something is the feminine.
And experience…
Is the human art.
The game.
The expression.
The antidote to boredom.
The adventure of your life.
Let’s light this sacred fire.
— Jason
Masculine Direction
Which Way Do I Go Now?
Masculine Direction
Good morning, my friends.
I appreciate the opportunity to continue sharing the work Jennie and I live and teach in the world.
On Monday, we explored Masculine Focus.
Yesterday, we dove into Feminine Sensation.
And today… yeah, let’s take a step back from that laser focus.
Let’s take a look around.
Because getting the lay of the land is essential to making good decisions.
An expanded awareness of what’s going on inside yourself…
Inside your environment…
Inside your woman…
That awareness gives you the critical ability to see what’s really happening.
Then—pair that awareness with the ability to make clear, decisive choices…
And you unlock the kingly masculine skill of Direction.
If Focus is the skill of the Warrior—the tenacious, fierce ability to stay on track no matter what—
Then Direction is the domain of the King.
Because what good is a laser if you don’t know where to point it?
Direction requires stillness. Perspective. Discernment.
It’s a skill that can be developed.
And when it is—it creates powerful riverbanks for the feminine to flow freely and wildly within.
You won’t always get it right.
But when you cultivate direction—when your woman feels your clarity and presence—she will begin to trust the path again.
Let’s light this sacred fire.
Let’s lead.
– Jason
Feminine Energy
Feminine Energy
Our kingly masculine side is stepping back, surveying the land, seeing clearly, and making moves.
But what’s the polarity to Direction?
It’s Feminine Energy.
The river.
The ocean.
The storm.
The wind.
The volcano.
The wild, untamable pulse of life itself.
The first step in feminine practice is sensation—feeling your feelings deeply and moving them through the body.
But the second step… is expression.
The sacred feminine expands in flavor, range, texture. From gentle light to feral dark, from sweet innocence to pure eroticism.
This is the fire.
🔥 Core Feminine Archetypes (Sacred & Wild)
Ones that hold the full sacred rebel range from innocent to feral, holy to profane.
1. The Maiden / Virgin
Innocent, curious, radiant, fresh.
Not “virgin” in the purity sense—but unclaimed, self-contained.
Think: Persephone, Virgin Mary, early Ariel energy.
2. The Mother
Nurturing, life-giving, fierce protector.
Spiritual or biological.
Think: Demeter, Gaia, or your local mama bear with tattoos and a minivan.
3. The Wild Woman / Huntress
Independent, sensual, raw, untamed.
She howls at the moon and says “fuck the rules.”
Think: Artemis, Kāli, Violet the Poop Cat 🐾
4. The Lover / Seductress
Magnetic, erotic, playful, deeply embodied.
She dances between pleasure and power.
Think: Aphrodite, Marilyn Monroe, the stripper with a lion heart.
5. The Queen / Sovereign
Commanding, dignified, full of boundaries and grace.
Embodied leadership with a velvet backbone.
Think: Cleopatra, Queen Esther, that woman who changes the room just by entering.
6. The Mystic / Priestess
Divine connection, intuition, sacred mystery.
She speaks in whispers and ritual.
Think: Isis, Hecate, Mary Magdalene.
7. The Crone / Wise Woman
She who holds death, decay, and transformation.
Knows when to cackle and when to cast spells.
Think: Baba Yaga, the Midwife, the Grandmother who sees through your bullshit.
⚔️ Shadow & Taboo Feminine (Vital & Edgy)
These are often repressed—but hold enormous power when embodied with consciousness:
The Whore – sexual power, unashamed and unapologetic.
The Bitch – fierce boundary-setter, lioness with a snarl.
The Ice Queen – frozen heart… until she melts.
The Victim – not to stay stuck in, but to move through.
The Devouring Mother – control disguised as care.
The Temptress – she stirs chaos, desire, and transformation.
The Storm / Volcano – when emotion moves through everything.
You might be thinking:
Holy shit. That’s a lot of energy.
Yup.
It’s LIFE.
It’s ALL of it.
And that’s what you are too.
You. Are. All. Of. It.
Let’s light this sacred fire.
🔥
–Jason
P.S. This is Jennie’s sacred territory. She trains women (and men) in how to feel, move, and embody the full range of life-force expression.
Yes—men can embody feminine energy too.
Just look at Mick Jagger. Or Jason Momoa when he’s laughing and flowing.
It’s not softness—it’s radiance in motion.
But for the deepest feminine training…
Turn to the Queen.

Ozzy Osbourne Tribute
Ozzy Osbourne died today.
I was just a kid in middle school when my friend David Smith first shared Blizzard of Ozz with me.
“Mr. Crowley” was the track that burned itself into my soul.
Not long after, I bought my very first piece of music: a used cassette of Blizzard of Ozz from my friend Clay Ryan.
Five bucks in the middle school hallway. I still remember the moment the tape changed hands—
and I probably still have that cassette somewhere.
Next came Bark at the Moon. David had it on vinyl.
And from that moment on, Ozzy was just… always there. Through my youth. Through adulthood.
He wasn’t my favorite—that was Rush.
But Ozzy?
He was the background fire. The godfather of grit.
From old Sabbath to solo Ozzy… he never left the scene.
I talk a lot about being a sacred rebel.
Not a rebel without a cause, or some juvenile rejection of rules—
but a rebel against the machine, the lies, the conformity.
A rebel who finds his own voice.
That was Ozzy.
A warrior.
A sacred rebel.
An icon.
I didn’t expect this one to hit me. I usually don’t feel much around celebrity deaths.
But this one?
Ozzy was more woven into the fabric of my life than I realized.
Today, I had lunch with my son.
I told him all my Ozzy stories—middle school, the tapes, the hallway.
And on the ride home, he threw on Blizzard of Ozz and told me how cool it is.
Wow.
Just like that, a legend is gone.
And I wonder—what mark will I leave?
What will be remembered of me?
For now, I raise a glass.
To you, Ozzy.
May you truly rest in peace…
or begin the next adventure—
the way only you could:
As a Sacred Rebel.
Here’s to your next journey, brother.

Feminine Sensation
I’m having fun sharing the core polarity practices that have helped me and Jennie build a long-lasting, passionate intimacy.
Yesterday, I talked about the Masculine Witness—and one of his three essential skills: Focus.
But what’s the feminine polarity to that?
Sensation.
Another word for it?
Feeling.
In my language—the Masculine is the Beholder.
The Feminine is everything it beholds.
And in its most human form… that means feeling.
Not just thinking about feelings.
But deep, rich, wild, unapologetic embodiment of emotion.
The highs.
The lows.
The rage.
The love.
The sexy sensuality…
The muddy, messy frustration (shoutout to Violet the Poop Cat).
SHE is all of it.
This is the practice.
Feel it all.
Feel more.
Feel deeper.
And EMBODY it.
This is Feminine Sensation.
And it is magnetic.
Focus creates sensation.
Sensation invites focus.
Polarity.
Let’s go.
—Jason
P.S. My wife Jennie is the Queen of this. She weaves movement, emotion, and embodiment into practices that open up a woman’s entire capacity to feel. If you ever get the chance to practice with her, take it.
Masculine Focus
The Flame of Focus
There’s a South Park episode where one character mocks another with a terrible accent:
“You rack disciprine.”
And honestly?
I’ve been accused of that more than once by mentors and teachers.
One day, one of my more eclectic teachers gave me this challenge:
Sit still. Meditate. Stare at a candle flame. Breathe deep. Focus.
That’s it.
And yet—this simple ritual is one I now offer to almost every man I work with.
Because the Masculine is the witness. The still point. The unwavering center.
But… We’re not just spirits floating in consciousness—we are incarnated HUMANS.
And that means we must bring our awareness into the body.
Into this world.
And that requires the essential masculine skill:
FOCUS.
Most of us (myself included) are fractured by the noise of our phones and the distractions of social media culture.
But if you want to penetrate your woman and your world with fierce, unwavering love…
You must learn to focus.
Try it.
Sit in silence.
Breathe deep.
Stare at a candle.
Do five minutes.
Nothing else.
Lasered.
Unshakeable.
The house could be falling down.
Your woman might have her bags packed and one foot out the door.
But your stillness is your gift.
Your focus is your offering.
Not as cold detachment.
But with grounded heart.
With presence.
With love.
And just this morning I listened to a small piece by master producer Rick Rubin. In Stillness awareness training… we EXPAND our awareness, highs and lows. And we find peace on the cushion… so that we can take that peace out to the world.
You don’t need to be perfect.
Just practice.
Every day.
And watch how the world begins to open to you.
The feminine will feel you.
Your life will reorganize.
Because you showed up with Discipline.
Focus.
Persistence.
And Heart.
Let’s go.

Polarity Feminine
Polarity saved my marriage on Wednesday.
Yesterday, I laid out the Masculine: the witness, the unchanging stillness, the spacious presence.
Today is Feminine Friday.
If the Masculine is the witness—
then the Feminine is what is being seen.
She is the world, the universe, the storm, the sunrise, the dance.
She is change itself—incarnated in human form.
Where the Masculine steps back to witness…
The Feminine steps forward to become.
She is the quality of fullness, love, and light.
Not abstract light—radiant, emotional, wild, alive.
Imagine being so fully in your body that you become everything you feel.
Imagine being so drenched in love that your emotions become offerings—poured out into the world without apology.
Imagine being so connected to the moment that you become the weather, the moonlight, the wind, the wildfire.
This is the Feminine.
And when Jennie began to embody this fullness in herself—
when she stepped into her own radiance, movement, and emotion—
it created the arc of polarity between us.
Her light called out my witness.
Her movement drew forth my depth.
And everything changed.
Tomorrow (Saturday), I’ll share real-world examples of how we live this daily—so you can feel it, not just understand it.
Let’s go.

Polarity Masculine
Polarity – The Masculine
Yesterday I shared how polarity saved my marriage—by honoring the differences.
But what is polarity?
There are two sides to polarity, and today we begin with the Masculine.
Let me be clear: terms like “masculine” come with baggage. And that’s okay—because I’m not using it the way culture does. I’m using it the way I live it.
The Masculine is the witness.
It is the side of you that never changes.
It is awareness—essential, rooted, eternal—incarnated in a human.
It’s that moment when you step back…
Out of the mind,
Out of the swirl,
And into a vast stillness that simply sees.
The Masculine holds the quality of freedom, space, presence.
Imagine being so present, you could feel everyone in the room.
Imagine being so tuned-in, you could feel every part of your woman—her body, her emotions, her thoughts, her soul.
That’s the masculine pole.
That’s what began to shift in me.
When I stopped performing and started witnessing—
When I stopped fixing and started feeling—
My wife Jennie began to respond to me in a completely new way.
Everything changed.
Tomorrow, we’ll talk about the Feminine.
Let’s go.

Beyond Medicine: The Power of Polarity
Dear Family,
What an incredible, humbling weekend! I’m overflowing with gratitude and need to share the magic of our latest Modern Day Warrior men’s workshop with you.
Beyond Medicine: The Power of Polarity
You may know that I have worked with plant medicine in Mexico, but that’s just one piece of the puzzle. At my core, I explore polarity—the dance of masculine and feminine energies that shapes the universe. Polarity workshops, like the one I led this weekend, help us tap into these forces to find balance, purpose, and connection. It’s about recognizing that there’s a bigger picture beyond our individual perspectives—and it’s transformative.
The Modern Day Warrior Experience
This weekend, I had the privilege of guiding a group of men through Modern Day Warrior, a workshop designed to help men deepen their masculine essence while integrating the feminine. In today’s world, many men—successful or not—struggle to align their energy, purpose, relationships, and businesses. The pain is real, and the solution lies in taking responsibility: the ability to respond to life’s challenges with clarity and power.
We kicked off Friday night with a potent blend of movement, meditation, and breathwork. It’s simple yet profound: learn to breathe, learn to move, and embrace your desires. We explored three pillars of the masculine:
Warrior Focus: Cultivating discipline and presence.
Kingly Direction: Leading with purpose and vision.
Magical Presence: Connecting with intuition and creativity.
And yes, we got wet—diving into ice baths to test our resilience and sharpen our focus!
Saturday brought more breathwork, meditation, and connection. The men cooked steaks for dinner, then joined a group of women who challenged them to interact with the feminine with grace. Sunday was raw and real: more movement, breath, and a journey to “the pit,” where the men faced their pain and rage, transforming it into clarity and power.
We closed with Sacred Theater, where each man offered a unique gift to the group. Standing in a circle, arms around each other, I shared a final message: Men need men. For thousands of years, men hunted together, faced death together, and supported each other to provide for their communities. This archetypal work runs deep in our veins and calls us to gather in the wilderness today.
A Prayer of Gratitude
I’m left with a heart full of gratitude for being called to this work and a prayer that it was delivered with depth and grace. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.

Band of Brothers
Hello friends! How are you? It's a beautiful semi spring morning here in Utah, Saturday April 5th, 2025. It's just gorgeous outside. I included a photo of Mount Timpanogos at the end of this blogpost. This newsletter answers a question I was asked recently: What is the Modern Day Warrior Intensive really about? The one coming up starting next Friday, April 11th? Read on dear friends!
Band of Brothers
FROM THIS DAY TO THE ENDING OF THE WORLD,
BUT WE IN IT SHALL BE REMEMBER'D;
WE FEW, WE HAPPY FEW, WE BAND OF BROTHERS;
FOR HE TODAY THAT SHEDS HIS BLOOD WITH ME
SHALL BE MY BROTHER
-Henry V
My friend Elijah is coming to the Modern Day Warrior next week (starting April 11th, 2025) and he asked me to help him describe the event, so he can recruit more men to come.
This got me thinking, and I remember something a teacher of mine taught me: Do the Math.
Figure shit out for yourself. What really is the Modern Day Warrior Intensive? To me? What am I really doing here?
I’ve been through the wringer of marketing, saying things in such a way to capture the attention of my audience. But that all feels like bullshit here. Like… really… what is really going on here?
And so I wrote, and wrote, and wrote. Pages. All of it was good, but all of it was bullshit. It was just… ad copy.
It didn’t describe what I really do, what this is really about.
Then, that night, in the middle of the night I woke up and I realized what it was.
It’s a group of men, gathering together, to get real and raw, and deepen into the spiritual meaning of the masculine, of being a MAN in this world.
That’s all it is. Men getting together, like we did in the old times, out hunting, providing, gathering around the fire, a celebration, a feast for the masculine.
So it doesn’t matter if you are old or young. If you are an Elder, you need a group of good men to pass on your wise wisdom to, as well as gain their support in your later years. If you are young, come learn at the feet of the elders and give them your strength and youth.
I don’t care if your body isn’t working, you are fat, out of shape, and eat like shit. The solution is a group of good men supporting you.
I don’t care if your life is meaningless, and you have no roots, no overall direction. The solution is a group of good men challenging you.
I don’t care if your relationships are all burning down around you. The solution is a group of good men calling you on your bullshit.
I don’t care if your business is burning, or you can’t even find a job. The solution is a group of great men sharing their wisdom.
The most successful men in this world have a TRIBE OF OTHER MEN THEY BELONG TO SUPPORTING THEM.
A place to get real with the facts of your life, and raw with the emotions. To get relevant in your direction and focus on RESULTS.
It’s time for radical self-honesty and radical ownership of your life.
We all feel the fading of the masculine, as men are diminished and we are left wondering where the hell we stand in the midst of it. The old days of toxic men who were bullies and bastards is over. But we traded in some degree of strength when we became softer.
No one argues against the move toward equanimity, but at the same time something has been lost. And the answer isn’t about going back to the old days of “shut the hell up and bring me a turkey pot pie!”. It’s about moving forward into a new, deeper level of masculine presence, direction, and focus, as a tribe of men supporting each other, Elders, Youth, and those in between.
Power. Power in your body, clarity in your direction, tight and trustworthy in your connections, and abundant in your prosperity.
